For some coffee is just a means to get going in the morning, but that is not the case for everyone! This Friday and Saturday (February 10-11), the GWCC is hosting the South East Regional Barista Competition and Brewers Cup, a competition designed to highlight the craft of the barista and espresso-based beverage production.

If you consider coffee more just a small part of your morning routine, you should come watch the competition. The entire southeast is represented, including Octane Coffee and Batdorf & Bronson, which are both just down the street from us, and Aurora Coffee, located a few miles away.
